    Peran yang dapat Anda pilih

    Anda akan menggali sekaligus mengatur sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalam organisasi dengan memaksimalkan setiap individu secara efektif, sehingga tujuan bersama dapat tercapai.

    Secara spesifik, hal yang akan Anda pelajari dan kelola pada departemen ini adalah Human Resource Information System (HRIS) yang berkenaan dengan evaluasi performa, payroll, dan reward & benefit, kerjasama tim, seleksi dan rekrutmen, serta pengembangan Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

    Sebagai salah satu divisi di HartLogic Initiator, Human Resource dipimpin oleh Lead Division dan Vice Lead Division Human Resource.

    Anda akan menggali sekaligus mengatur pencarian, pengelolaan, pengalokasian dana, melakukan ikhtisar, serta pengelompokan semua transaksi yang terjadi dalam organisasi.

    Sebagai salah satu divisi di HartLogic Initiator, Finance and Accounting dipimpin oleh Lead Division dan Vice Lead Division Finance and Accounting.

    Anda akan mengkonsepkan sekaligus mengeksekusi pelaksanakan tanggung jawab organisasi terhadap masyarakat, lingkungan dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) untuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan (sustainable development). Anda tidak hanya mengedepankan aspek profit usaha, namun turut memperhatikan dampak-dampak yang timbul terhadap aspek sosial dan lingkungan terkait dengan kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional organisasi.


    Secara spesifik, hal yang akan Anda pelajari dan kelola pada departemen ini adalah konsep dan pelaksanaan CSR (company social responsibility).

    Sebagai salah satu divisi di HartLogic Initiator, Social Project dipimpin oleh Lead Division dan Vice Lead Division Social Project.

    Anda akan menyusun rencana strategis sekaligus mengeksekusi penciptaan nilai jangka panjang organisasi, yang berkaitan dengan pendapatan dan pencitraan organisasi, termasuk hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan mitra, pasar, dan relasi.


    Secara spesifik, hal yang akan Anda pelajari dan kelola pada departemen ini adalah seputar marchandising HartLogic.

    Sebagai salah satu divisi di HartLogic Initiator, Business Project dipimpin oleh Lead Division dan Vice Lead Division Business Project.

    Anda akan merencanakan, menciptakan, sekaligus mengelola distribusi konten di seluruh wadah komunikasi organisasi, termasuk wadah offline dan online, tidak hanya sekadar penyampaian informasi namun juga membangun citra organisasi.

    Secara spesifik, hal yang akan Anda pelajari dan kelola pada departemen ini adalah optimasi media sosial, pemasaran digital, UI dan UX (User Interface dan User Experience), penulisan, termasuk; storyboard, script writing, dan content writing, desain grafis, dan video editing.

    Sebagai salah satu divisi di HartLogic Initiator, Content dipimpin oleh Lead Division dan Vice Lead Division Content.

    Anda akan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang timbul sehubungan dengan kegiatan komunikasi dengan tujuan membangun dan meningkatkan citra organisasi.


    Secara spesifik, hal yang akan Anda pelajari dan kelola pada departemen ini adalah pembuatan konten media sosial, media monitoring. menulis, termasuk press release dan talking points, public speaking, dan pemasaran digital.

    Sebagai salah satu divisi di HartLogic Initiator, Public Relation dipimpin oleh Lead Division dan Vice Lead Division Public Relation.

    Apa yang akan Anda lakukan setelah terpilih?

    1. Anda akan berkenalan dengan keluarga baru di HartLogic City Initiator dan mendapatkan starter kit (pranala.xyz premium account dan atribut).
    2. Anda akan mendapatkan briefing oleh HartLogic Builder mengenai organisasi dan program pengembangan diri selama satu tahun kedepan. Lalu, bersama-sama organisasi akan merencanakan program inisiasi selama 1 tahun kedepan yang akan dipresentasikan di HartLogic Contributor Conference.
    3. Sekali dalam seminggu, Lead Division, Vice Lead Division, dan Member Division akan mengadakan meeting secara online.
    4. Sekali dalam dua minggu, Head Department, Vice Head Department, Lead Division, dan Vice Lead Division akan mengadakan meeting secara online.
    5. Sekali dalam sebulan, akan diadakan meeting BOD, mencakup; Mayor, Vice Mayor, Head Department, dan Vice Head Department.
    6. Sekali dalam sebulan, akan diadakan gathering keseluruhan, mencakup; Mayor, Vice Mayor, Head Department, Vice Head Department, Lead Division, Vice Lead Division, dan seluruh Member Division dalam rangka meeting bulanan sekaligus memperkuat hubungan antar HartLogic City Initiator.
    7. Anda akan mendapatkan bimbingan dan melaksanakan program insiasi selama 1 tahun.

    Perjalanan Anda di dalam Organisasi

    1. Anggota baru HartLogic Initiator akan memulai sebebagai staff di salah satu divisi dalam HartLogic City Initiator.
    2. Anggota HartLogic Initiator yang memiliki pengalaman minimum 3 bulan dapat pindah ke divisi lain dalam departemen yang sama.
    3. Anggota HartLogic Initiator yang memiliki pengalaman minimum 6 bulan dapat pindah ke divisi lain dalam departemen yang berbeda.

        Winter Intership dimulai antara Desember dan Maret. Sedangkan Summer Internship dimulai antara Juni dan September. Program ini didesain untuk mahasiswa yang ingin mengembangkan diri selama masa libur perkuliahan.

        The Builder’s role at HartLogic is the role of building an organization: holding the responsibility for building, running, and improving the organization in order to achieve HartLogic‘s vision and mission in accordance with the function of each Builder in each department.

        Our staff is positioned according to their respective expertise to carry out tasks in order to achieve HartLogic‘s vision and mission.         Requirement

        • 0-24 months work experience and open to everyone under 25 years old

        Our managers are positioned according to their respective expertise to plan, direct and supervise teams in each department or sub-department in order to achieve HartLogic‘s vision and mission.         Consultant

        The Consultant role at HartLogic is a commercial one: fast-paced, client-driven, and results-focused. HartLogic builds professionals who stick to punctuality, able to move under pressure, with the aim of achieving high standards.

        Our Analysts work with our clients, both corporate and public sector clients, advising them on ways to improve efficiency and solve other business problems. At HartLogic, they have the responsibility to gather information, analyze data, and develop recommendations designed to streamline operations and increase profits.

        Requirement

        • Have 12 months work experience (for HartLogic Staff) or 24 months (for new applicants)
        • Earn a bachelor’s or master’s degree with good academic credentials and extracurricular experience

        Our manager spend the bulk of their time problem structuring, managing the associate’s individual work streams and synthesizing them into a cohesive analysis. In HartLogic, it means a majority of their time will be spent ensuring that associates are on track, aren’t blocked on any given analysis and are getting the necessary support or training from him/herself. In addition to managing the associates, they’re concurrently synthesizing the output of the work streams and sharing progress updates with the senior team leaders.

        Our principal are positioned as the main contact person between the firm and the clients. In HartLogic, their responsibility is to be in charge of several lead consultant teams and to delegate projects to various teams. They hold the client’s hand from the beginning to the end of the project by ensuring that the team addresses the client’s needs as a key part of their job. They also oversee and guide consultant teams during projects as part of their daily doings.
